We raise our small mixed herd of beef cattle across the ALBERTA Prairies! Our herd is hormone and antibiotic free all pasture raised! The cattle have free-range grazing during the spring, summer and fall months they are on pasture, fed green feed and hay bales during the winter.

Our beef is harvested by Dexter at a small inspected abattoir near our ranch! Our beef is Nitride free. Dry aged for a minimum of 4 weeks to ensure great flavour before cut and vacuum sealed.
